A way to stay healthy is to eat some of each category of the food pyrimid. Get enough exercise. Eat vitamins and get sunshine. Sports can help you stay fit and healthy,or just running. You need to wash your hands after using the bathroom. Shower every day. Brush your teeth everyday. If you don't do a lot of those things you could become overweight. Don't eat too much junk food either.
