There was a gangsta that is best friends with swag Money oh and his name is A-ARON HE killed all the mast up people with apple. they were on the verge of robing a bank then the cops came and A-ARON took all the money and picked up his gangsta swag Money witch swag money did not like so he had to hog tie him to a bike. the cops chaste A-ARON and swag money in cop cars and there on a bike so A-ARON stopped and started singing and swag money said oh here we go again A-ARON is singing again. and A-ARON back slapped him up side the head and the cops liked A_ARON's rap song he was getting it down and then the cops got out of there cars and started singing and so A-ARON picked up swag money and a cop car. this is to be continued.

Pangea is what people believe was the super content and then Pangea broke up into 8 contents witch are Africa, North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia,Antarctica, and India. Then India moved into Asia so now ware India used to be now that ocean is the Indian ocean. All the contents move four inches every year so in like 1,000,000,000,000,000 years Pangea will be back.

Big Food Monster

I am AJ and I work for the Food Network.One food that I am going to super size is pizza because pizza is a popular food and I like to eat allot of pizza. the way I'm going to make this pizza is first I need i really big pizza pan and oven about 20 by 20 feet then need 2 pounds of pizza sauce then need 5 pounds of sausage and 10 pounds of provolone cheese and 10 pounds of bacon its going to be good.

The twin towers

Today we are representing the 13th anniversary for when the twin towers fell over it was one of the worst thing that that happened to the United States.Over 1,000 people died from the twin towers falling and firefighters and cops and even a rescue crew died it, was terrible but the United States is still alive and we still honor that day to this day.

If I was a real estate agent for magical homes, I would try to sell every house by telling every thang that is cool about these houses. Also it would be really scarry because it looks like the house is hunted and it looks like its from the 1930s and looks like it would have trap doors and secrete pasege ways.

Youtube friend tag

     A couple days ago I created my very first Youtube video, I did a friend tag with my good friend Kristen. A freind tag is when you ask questions about yourself and at the end you find out who knows who more. Kristen started with the first question which was, " What was the strangest experience I have encountered?". It took a long time for me to think but then I answered," ME!", I was correct. So we went on until we reached the last question which was mine and I asked," What Star Wars character can I sound like the most?". She quessed the correct answer which was chewbacca( sorry I forgot how to spell that word!) Then we made the conclusion of my video. We had a lot of fun asking and answering each others questions.

Kid Nation 7

      I believe the first idea presented in this video is Deviance. In this video several children represent this type of behavior in Bonanza. Mostly everyone believes that this behavior is shown by Taylor, the former yellow district council member. She does not work hard at all and does not even listen. For example, when they had to take care of the garbage Taylor threw a fit and didn't help at all. That was why I believe deviance is presented in this video.

      The second idea represented in the video shown is Social Sanctions. This is shown in this video by town meeting. The town meeting is held at the end of each week when the council will reward one person with a gold star. This reward is presented to a person who works hard for the sake of the town and does not give up. That was the reason why I believe social sanctions is shown in this video.

      The last idea presented is Stigma. This idea is shown by jealousy of one kid to another. No matter what at least one kid is jealous and doe not like a person because of what they do. For example, a red district boy became jealous of one of the girls because she as getting more money with a snack stand she was running, so he took his jealousy out on her and destroyed her stand. When he did this everyone was against him until he apologized and realized what he did was wrong. That was why I think stigma is represented in this video shown.

Kid Nation 5

       I believe that the first idea shown in this video is Group. This is shown ny the town council. The town council  wakes up every other day at 5:30 to read the pioneer book, to get ideas on how to run the town. They all are there to help pick up the town and revive the dead town. They also all have to work together to make there group one and not appose to each other. That is why I believe group is shown.

       The second idea I believe is presented is Social Category. This is shown by the whole town because they are all there to be pioneers together. They are all there trying to build a town as children because they are not adults; the oldest one in the town is 15 years old. This reason proves that most of them are around the same age and there for the same reason.That is why I believe social group is presented here.

        

      The last idea presented is Secondary Group. This is shown by the way the town is split into groups as the upper class, merchants, cooks, and laborers. They all are working on the same goals but they might not like each other or get along. For example, the cooks do not get along while they are not working but they all come together to cook for everyone.That is why I believe secondary group is shown in this video.

Kid Nation 4

    The first idea presented in this video is Achieved Status. This is shown by the classes, like upper class or merchants. The people in the upper class recieved upper class by winning the challenge. They earned upper class because they worked hard for it and they earned the opprotunity.
 

     The other idea shown is Master Status. This is demonstrated to us by everyone there in the town. Everyone has an other status like they can be a brother or sister. Although they have these statuses held with them at all time, in the town they have a dominate status that they need to focus on to help the town. For example the cooks have to dedicate there own time to feed the people of the town.
 
   
      I believe the last idea demonstrated is Ascribed Status. This is shown by the challenges that they face to  get the classes. If they lose they can become laborers and if they win they become upper class. They can't choose what the challenge they face or if they win . They can't expect anything about the challenges and they can't prepare for them either.

     I believe the first idea presented in this video is Authority. This is shown by the town council because the town council helps lead the town and helps show people how to build the town. They are the leaders of the town and the desision makers. For example, after each challenge, if they win, the council makes a desision on what they want as a prize. That is why I believe authority is represented in the video.

                                                                                                                                                                         The next idea I believe is shown is Cooperation. This is shown by all of the groups coming together to build a town. There is the red team, blue team, green team, and red team are the groups working together to make a town. For example, the town council chose a certain amount of people to help take out and exterminate the garbage to keep the town healthy. That is why I chose cooperation.

     The last idea presented is Formal Organization. This idea is represented in the video by the types of class someone is in. There is four classes upper class, merchants, cooks, and laborers. For example, the merchants work at the stores like the candy store and the pub. Those were the reasons why I believe the idea of formal organization is presented.

I believe that President Jose Mujica is doing a selfless deed for others. He is a very kind, generous man who likes to help the less fortunate and the people who need the money more than him. Most people with this higher authority like him do not normally do this. Most of them try to donate some, yet not a lot. Some don't even give anything and keep for themselves.

Kid Nation 2

   The first idea I see presented is society. I think this because the kids are in the same area but they disagree on the type of food that they eat and how the food is. One example of this is that the kids were disagreeing on if they should or should not kill the chicken because some thought it was not  necessary even though they needed the chickens protein. Another example is that they all kind of disagree on how the food they are already cooking taste, some think it's okay, some think it's disgusting because they are used to the food where there from and refuse to adjust.

   Another idea showed in this video is Formal Sanctions. This is showed by the town meeting that they have when they give one gold star that costs  $2,000 to the person who the concil thimks works the hardest. Then they have showdowns that shows the groups that show what part of society they are and the last group gets punished with the laborers that does all the dirty work.

   The last idea presented is values. This is shown because every week they have a showdown to determine what part of society they are. This showns there values that come along with there part. For example the laborers does the laundry, cleans after meals, and clean the dishes, and they only get paid 10 cents. For my conclusion I state that even though they have there differences, they still come together as a community and work together very well when they set aside there differences.

      I think the first idea shown in the video is laws. This is idea is presented by the town council making rules and enforcment. For example, the town council set a curfew for the town because they were staying up late even though they knew they had to do work early in the morning.
    The sencond idea presented is formal sanctions. This is shown by someone that works hard and earns the gold star that costs 20,000 dollars.For example Michael is a guy that works hard, respectful, and  is very helpful; he is the type of person who deserves the gold star.
     The last idea shown in the video is morals. This is shown by some of the younger pioneers experienced an older pioneer cursing out of rage because he believed he deserved the gold star. Someone who curses around children and makes it seem like its alright to curse is not worthy to recieve the gold star. In conclusion morals that all of the younger people know makes the town grow closer together even if the older boy makes mistakes.

Easter Weekend

For my Easter weekend, I did a lot of amazing activities. Thursday, I went to the Arnold Rec Center with my friend. We swam, played pool, and played airhockey. Friday, my sisters and I colored eggs, then had a peep  war, which was my favorite part. I wasn't that good though! Sunday, I went to church and visited family at my grandma's house. We had a easter egg hunt for the little kids, we took pictures, amd we saw family we have not seen in a while and that I miss.

Marvel Cinematic

 I am a HUGE fan of the Marvel universe!  There are so many things to enjoy and explore in it. First of everyone should know by now who the Avengers are by there big cinematic sucsess. O ther movies were made by Marvel Studios that many people know about, for example there is the Spider- Man trilogy, the new Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, Ghost Rider, Iron Man trilogy, two different Hulk movies, X-men movies, Daredevil, Elektra,ect. Most of the avengers have there own movie except for Hawkeye, which has a tiny part in Thor, and Black Widow, which is in some of Iron man 2. Picture from here

Dear Mrs. DeBolt,
         I would like to tell you a few things about myself. I am a huge fan of playing softball. I am catcher and outfielder. I've been playing softball for five years now and still enjoy it. I also have a passion for science. Science is an extrodinary discovery that helps people find out everything there is to know about our world and the universe. Science helps teach us about our past and possibly our future. I also enjoy running. When I run I feel free, like their are no barriers holding me back. I am a enormous geek about marvel, sci-fi, and school, anything you think a geek would be.

       An interesting thing that has happened to me was my father moved 800 miles away to, Houston, Texas.
It was my Forth grade year and my mom and dad were spliting up, my dad has already been to Texas and other states because of his old job so I was kind of use to not seeing him. One day my parents called my sisters and I into the living room so that they could tell us. My father said he got offered a job and that he met a girl. I was happy for him about the job part, but not so much with the girl part. I was so upset I couldn't express it with tears. I have tried to get over it, but people keep on comparing me to him. I have seen him twice down in Texas now, one month during the summer. He loves us and I know he does, but I still can't get past the fact that he left us.
   
      I believe I am pretty good with technology. My dad taught me some stuff when I was little. I like to make slide shows and presentations. Technology allows us to explore freely with ideas and express them in a whole new way. I would love to learn how to photoshop too

Kid nation

        In this video,the word power is presented. They chose a few kids to be city council and run the town. They were chosen to supervise and control the kids and the town. The kids in the council were chosen to rise above everyone else and control everything. They were chosen to chose jobs, help the ones in need, and help with the tasks at hand.
       The next characteristic is verstehen. This is shown by some of the members were complaining and the others were trying not to get mad by putting themselves in there place. Most of the kids in the younger age group are the ones complaining about missing home. For example, the youngest council member was missing her family and so the older council member put herself in her place and understood.
       Dramaturgy is also demonstrated in this video. The kids express there own personal opinions about someone or other people. For instance when a boy hurt his leg, mostly everyone stood there and watched instead of helping. So that is what presents dramaturgy.
   

Do video games make kids more violent?

I believe that video games do not influence kids to be violent. I believe this because most games do not have terrible violent. Most of those games are more inappropriate than violent. Yes, most games these days do have action and adventure but that does not mean violence is being associated with those properties. For example, most kids these days are playing games like minecraft or call of duty.Which they do not attempt because we all know these games are fictional.

Kid nation

I think this is cool that the kids are going to rebuild the town and make it better so they can live there. Also the oldest person is only 15 that and the youngest is 8 now they are not that old. They have to pull a wagon over miles of stuff now to me that seems hard, And one kid almost died. No he just pulled a mussel. They also are bad at cooking, but I would to if I lived there. They are finally starting to work together. The challenge that they did I bet was hard. The red just won and the leader voted for the extra bathrooms. They were so happy that they got the stores and stuff. They are look for someone to give the golden star to. Another thing is jimmy wants to go home and no one wasn't him to. The person who worked the hardest was shopie. I thought kid nation was good how the kids made the town better. But I didn't like was the kids were taking shots of root beer at the end and I don't think that is right to do and where would they get that idea.

turkeys are amazing

This one time I was walking in the woods and I saw a turkey, so I ran after it and I saw his getting all red, so I ran and then I  could feel something fly pass me and the turkey has jets on his feet with lasers as its eyes so I ran the other way and it shot me right in the butt it hurt. So I stopped and turned around and it was goon I didn't see I look and look for it and then I saw a transformer fly at me I got really scared. He stop I took him out for dinner it was fun and then he told me that they caught the turkey that was trying to kill me. I said great I didn't like him. Right when I said that a big army of turkey came flying through window and killed me.View here

That one thing

One thing that bugs me is school. I hate school I will never like school. One reason is math I'm in pre-algebra it is the hardest math I've ever done in my life. But I have heard that Algebra 1 is easier so that will be better. Also CA class I hate CA its so boring I just don't like it and I will never like it. All you do is write and write and write after awhile I get bored and don't know what to write about. Then science on the other hand I like I'm good at that.

t-rex

The first time I saw a t-rex was when I a cave man in the B.C time. Yeah it was intense it came running toward me so I ran and ran and ran for as long as I could but he was still  running after me. So stopped and he stopped he just look at me for alittle bit then he sniffed me and I got scared so I jump. But I forgot I had meat in my pocket so I gave that to him and all the sudden was getting chased and I ran fell. He helped me up then he threw me 253.5 million feet in the air and I came down into his mouth and he ate me.

The special ones

I think everyone is not special because it everyone was special then there wouldn't be special that would be normal. If everyone was special then we have a lot of special people it this world and I mean a lot. Like if we were all special then it would be normal because that is what we are use to and then everyone wouldn't be special because it would be normal. But if some body was extra special then they wouldn't be normal they would be special if everyone was already special. View here

Today im going to talk about unicorns. Unicorns are my favorite thing because they can fly now I don't know about you but I think that is pretty cool. Also they have a horn that they can hit stuff with like a t-rex because t-rex are mean they like to kill unicorns and when they kill them they throw them up in the air a toss them around like a ball. Now the first time I look it up it was sad, but now I think it is funny and I will laugh for 1000 hours straight. Another thing is unicorns are scared of small dogs so if u have a little dog a unicorn will never come by your house.

my wonder land trip

If I found seven identical doors I would open door number seven and when I opened it I was in the middle of never lands I was in the middle of the water. I could hear the alligator coming after I had to swim to shore so I didn't die "that would be bad". But when I got to shore Peter Pan gave me some dust and flew away I didn't know how to stop it so I went flying into space. When I got to space I found that one person that was the first one to land on the moon.

One thing that I will remember about this age when I get older is my sports I love sports and I always will. I will remember because sports is like my life if I lost sports I wouldn't know what to do. Also I would remember all the stupid stuff I did to get me in trouble with my friend. We do a lot of stupid stuff like doing stuff that we aren't suppose to be doing. Like this one time we got the cops call one us for ding dong ditching.  

 

 

The Big Bad Slide

This article is about the worlds largest water slide and its in Kansas, Missouri. But how ever in May 23 that may change because the  Schlitterbahn Water Park is opening and they have a water slide that is name Verrückt which means insane. The slide is 17 stories high that's higher than the Statue of Liberty and the Statue of liberty is tall. The slide launches them of there and down the slide going 65 miles an hour. Now is that me or is that scary.

2: The car was hurtling down the high way.
3: When I flip the switch I  illuminate the room.
4:My little brother always mulls.
5: The car propelled down the highway.
6: It was radical when I went down the slide.

The windmills are only 1.8 millimeters at it widest point. They are so small that ten of them where fitted on a single grain of rice.
